We will kickoff by first soldifying the scope of this agreement to ensure we’re all on the same page. Then, if so, head right into an interview-style deep dive to assess your business infrastructure, financial decision-making process, gather personal wealth goals, current challenges and priorities
STEP 2: 75-min CEO Strategy Session
Focused conversation to walk through your 30-60-90 day roadmap & deliver immediate strategic guidance focused around your top painpoints that have been identified and and desired outcomes you provided.
STEP 3: 75-min Financial Snapshot + Outlook Strategy Session
A clear view of your current position, near-term trajectory outcomes and guidance on any painpoints that have been identified.
STEP 4: 75-min Final Clarity & Strategy Session
Align on next steps, priorities, execution plans and how to leverage your relationship with KWK after the intensive.

This engagement is offered as a one-time strategic intensive. Participation in this intensive does not guarantee eligibility for future programs, ongoing engagements, or direct ongoing advisory access to Kellé Thorpe.
